This policy explains how we handle personal data. The central point of how Ask My Agent is built is that your agent runs on accounts you own, so most of the data involved never sits with us at all.
1. Who we are
Ask My Agent is a service of Breadslice Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. For the personal data described in section 3, Breadslice Pte. Ltd. is the organisation responsible for it under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
You can reach us, including our data protection contact, at hello@askmyagent.love.
2. Where your data actually lives
The knowledge that powers your agent, and the conversations your agent has with people, live in accounts you own — typically Google Cloud, Google Workspace files such as Docs, Sheets and Calendar, Cloudflare, and a messaging platform such as Telegram — together with the AI model provider you choose.
We do not run a platform in the middle that copies this data to us. We do not maintain a general-purpose store of your agent's conversations, and we do not use your content or your agent's conversations to train AI models.
For that data you are the organisation responsible, and the platforms you hold accounts with are your processors under their own terms. If people chat with your agent, it is your deployment they are talking to.
3. What we collect about you
Enquiry and booking details: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us when you contact us or book a setup call, including the calendar information needed to hold that call.
Billing information: what is needed to take payment for setup and support. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
Support records: notes, messages, call arrangements and issue history, so that we can support you over time.
Configuration details: the limited technical information needed to install and maintain your agent, such as account identifiers, domain names and configuration settings.
Website data: basic logs and security data generated when you visit our website, and the sign-in information used where a part of the site is access-controlled.
4. Access to your accounts, and what we may see
To perform setup or support you grant us access to specific accounts of yours. While doing that work we may come into contact with content in those accounts, which can include personal data about you, your staff, or people who have talked to your agent.
We use that access only for the work you have asked us to do. We do not go looking through your data for other purposes, and we do not copy it out of your accounts except where it is genuinely needed to diagnose or fix the thing you asked us to fix.
You control this. You can grant access narrowly, and you can revoke it at any time, including immediately after a piece of work is finished. If you would rather not show us something in order to get a problem fixed, that is your call to make.
5. Why we use it
To provide the service you have engaged us for: performing setup, answering support requests, maintaining and fixing your deployment.
To handle payment and keep proper business and tax records.
To communicate with you about your engagement and, where you have asked for it, about the service generally.
To keep our website and systems secure and functioning.
6. Who we share it with
Partner entities and contractors: parts of the service, including engineering, setup and support, are performed by partner entities, affiliates and contractors engaged by us, including entities located in Vietnam. They act on our instructions and under obligations of confidentiality.
Service providers: our payment provider, and the ordinary business tools we use to run the company such as email, scheduling and support systems.
Platform providers: where relevant to the work, the platforms your agent runs on, whose own privacy policies govern their handling of data.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
7. International transfers
We are based in Singapore, and some of the people and entities described in section 6 are located outside Singapore, including in Vietnam. Where personal data is transferred out of Singapore, we take steps intended to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, including by contract.
8. Retention
We keep the limited information described in section 3 only for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, after which we delete it or render it non-identifying.
Content held in your own accounts is retained or deleted by you, on your own schedule, under the terms of the platforms concerned.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, and we deliberately hold as little as we can — the architecture of the service is itself part of that approach.
Security of your own accounts, including credentials, access lists and payment methods attached to them, is under your control and is your responsibility. See our Terms & Conditions for how that is allocated.
10. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used, and you may ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. You may withdraw consent to our use of your personal data, though doing so may mean we can no longer provide the service.
Depending on where you live, other laws may give you additional rights. Contact us at hello@askmyagent.love and we will deal with your request within a reasonable time.
11. People who talk to your agent
If you deploy an agent, the people who chat with it are interacting with your deployment on your accounts. Explaining that to them, and handling their data appropriately, is your responsibility as the organisation running it. We recommend displaying a clear notice on your agent links that people are talking to an AI, and that the conversation is visible to you.
12. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
14. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act applies to the personal data we are responsible for.
