Tools you already use

Manage your personal AI agents with simple tools that you already use

Do you know how to use Google stuff? Great, you're qualified to manage a group of AI agents that can represent you to whomever you'd like — no new software to learn.

Google Docs

Whatever you write there about who you are, what you do, how to treat chat visitors…

Google Calendar

Your meetings this month, your upcoming events schedule, your travel schedule…

Google Sheets

Your price list, your inventory, your public-facing financial plan…

Google Forms

What you need from an application, how much detail, what you don't need…

Collaboration

Getting help with teaching your agent about, well, you, is only a Google share away.

Are you lucky enough to have a human helper? Want them to do the hard work of typing in all the things the agent needs to know about you in order to represent you in a useful way? Just share with them the Google Doc, Sheet or Calendar that the agent reads directly from.

  • Google Doc with your policies
  • Google Sheet with your rate structure
  • Google Calendar with your event schedule
Hey Christie, I need you to fill in this google doc for my agent, it needs to have all that stuff about me that we talked about so the agent can answer people properly. thx!!

The tip of the iceberg

A simple chat interface on top. Beneath it, an understanding of you as a person that can go pretty deep!

Often the amount of information powering a personal agent link is far more than the amount of information powering a profile website.

Message Maria's agent...
Below the surface
  • 10,000 words of instruction
  • 2 pricing spreadsheets, updated weekly
  • 6 different submission forms
  • 3 separate calendars

Or whatever you and your team take the time to enter!

Chat history

Chat history stored in different places, use whichever history suits for whichever task.

Google Sheets

Every chat is stored in a Google Sheet, each chat a tab, each message a cell — perfect for searching, commenting on with human helpers, or feeding into data-analysis tools.

Maria's agent
Hi there, I'm Maria's agent. Ask me about her rates, schedule or anything else.

What's Maria's daily rate for a group of 10?

Let me work that out for you! Can you give me a little more info, are these 10 people all at roughly around the same level?

Mixed — four beginners, the rest have done a season or two.

Hi Bianca, Maria here! Mixed groups are my favourite, let's talk.

Delegate

Send specific messages to human helpers to follow up on.

Your Google Sheet chat history is perfect for this — everyone knows how to use comments in Google Sheets, nothing new to learn or download.

We can do maybe $250, do you think she would agree to that? We don't require video this is only audio.

I'll pass that along to Maria — she reviews offers like this personally.

@jenny Can you call this person and let them know I agree in general but get the audio first before saying more

Questions we usually get eventually

How long does it usually take to figure all this stuff out?

For most people just a few days. The tricky part is not so much the technology. Ask My Agent leans heavily on technology you already know and use, like Google Sheets, or chat apps like Telegram. The tricky part (in our experience anyway) is understanding in your own mind who you want to be to those people visiting your agent links — what you want answered and what not, and what you want done and what not. In other words, you yourself are the most complicated part of this!

Can other people manage my agents for me?

Absolutely. If you have a team, or just a part-time human helper, they can fill in context, tweak settings and do everything needed to ensure your agent or team of agents is working as per your wishes.

Can I create agents for other people?

Sure! While most people who use Ask My Agent create agents for themselves, you are welcome to create agents for other people too. As the agent owner you will have access to all the conversation data, but as long as these other people are fine with that there is no limit to the number of agents you can create for them.
